For parents & teachers

Plan a Godventures school week.

A practical guide to the daily lessons, two age-level paths, grading, materials and separate answer keys.

Before you begin

Everything in its place.

Start with one weekly workbook, a World English Bible and the corresponding teacher answer material. Then move through the five-day sequence at your family's pace.

01

Choose the week

Each workbook holds five connected study days.

02

Begin with Scripture

Read the day’s Bible passage and introductory lesson.

03

Complete ten subjects

Work through the core assignments in order.

04

Record both levels

Keep core and assigned advanced scores separate.

The daily rhythm

Read. Explore. Apply.

01

Begin with the reading.

Start with the day’s biblical passage and introductory lesson. Godventures uses the World English Bible (WEB) for its standard Scripture text and written-answer consistency.

02

Work through ten subjects.

Follow the established order: Bible, History, Geography, Vocabulary, Spelling, Math, Science, English, Writing and Philosophy.

03

Choose depth with purpose.

For ages 15–16, assign Advanced Enrichment in at least three subjects each day. Younger students can use the same material when ready for more challenging work.

How one week flows

Five events.
A connected story.

Week 1 traces Genesis 1–11 through the same ten-subject sequence each day. Its timeline is a useful preview of how the weekly workbooks are organized.

Room to grow

One curriculum.
Two levels of study.

A shared foundation with deeper work for older students. Parents choose assignments with their student’s readiness in mind.

Ages 13–14

Build the foundation.

Complete the Core Curriculum across all ten daily subjects. Advanced Enrichment is available when your student is ready for an additional challenge.

Core Curriculum  ·  Optional Advanced Enrichment

Parents may adapt individual assignments to the student’s readiness and educational needs.

Measuring progress

Two scores.
A clearer picture.

The Core Curriculum uses a consistent 220-point daily total. Advanced Enrichment is scored separately, so parents can follow both foundational work and deeper analytical study.

Core percentage: points earned ÷ 220 × 100. The five-day core maximum is 1,100 points.

Advanced percentage: total points earned ÷ total possible points on assigned enrichment questions × 100. Each assigned question has a maximum of 4 points.

For a day with no advanced assignments, record “not assigned” rather than calculating a percentage from zero possible points. Detailed subject rubrics belong in the answer key.

Parent & teacher publications

More than a list of answers.

Answer keys provide model responses, worked math solutions, geography placements and grading guidance for the student workbook. Writing and Philosophy include guidance for evaluating reasoned responses.

Multiweek volume boundaries are being confirmed around the finished manuscript lengths. Each published volume’s coverage will be listed clearly with its edition.

Planning your materials

What to keep at the table.

Use the weekly student workbook, a World English Bible, and the corresponding parent or teacher answer material. Keep pencils, paper, coloring supplies and a ruler available. Review each lesson for any additional materials it calls for.

Designed as a connected course.

Godventures brings lessons, explanations, activities and assessments together within its ten-subject course. Families remain free to use additional books and educational resources alongside it.

Parents choose pacing and assignment adjustments for their student’s readiness. Families also determine how the course fits their wider educational plans and applicable homeschool requirements.

A thoughtful approach to enrichment.

Advanced Enrichment deepens the day’s study through interpretation, evidence, comparison and reasoning. Parents select advanced subjects each day while the wider set of activities remains available for additional study.

Questions parents ask

The practical details.

Does my student need another textbook?

Godventures brings instruction and assignments into the weekly workbook. Students also use a World English Bible, and parents use the corresponding answer material. Families may supplement the course as desired.

Does my 13-year-old complete Advanced Enrichment?

For ages 13–14, Advanced Enrichment is optional. For ages 15–16, it is standard in at least three parent-selected subjects per day; families may adjust the assignment to readiness.

Are answer keys included in the workbook?

Parent and teacher answer keys are separate publications. Multiweek answer-key volumes are being organized around their final page counts; each listing will specify the included weeks.

Which Bible translation does the course use?

The World English Bible (WEB) is the curriculum’s standard text so student quotations and the answer key can be compared consistently.
